Contact details and the content of your message when you write to us, use the enquiry form, the grants form or the readiness assessment, or message us on WhatsApp. The on-page assistant runs in your browser and sends nothing to a server; your conversation with it is not stored by us. If we add analytics, they will be aggregate and will not identify individuals; this policy will be updated first.
To respond to you, to scope and deliver an engagement, to keep the records the law requires, and, only with your consent, to send occasional updates about our work. We do not sell personal information.
In Canada we rely on consent and on the reasonable purposes recognised by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act. In India we rely on consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and on the legitimate uses it recognises. Commercial electronic messages are sent only with consent and carry an unsubscribe link, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.
Our team, and the service providers who host this site and deliver form submissions and email. Form submissions are processed by a third-party form service whose servers may be outside Canada and India; we have contractual safeguards in place. We share information with no one else unless the law requires it or you ask us to.
Information may be processed in Canada and in India, and by the providers named above. Where information moves between jurisdictions we apply contractual safeguards and the protections of this policy.
Enquiries are kept for 24 months after our last contact unless an engagement follows, in which case records are kept for the life of the engagement and the retention period the law requires.
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Residents of India may raise a grievance under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Write to legal@learnova.tech; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia, or the Data Protection Board of India.
