Industry carried across

Waste into industry

A North American waste-to-value venture whose plants convert agricultural residue, forestry and organic waste, and sorted municipal and industrial waste streams, including plastics and tyres, into biochar, drop-in fuels, power and carbon credits, through proprietary feedstock conditioning and advanced thermochemical conversion.

In structuringStatus. First Indian pilot in structuring with state and institutional partners. A financed reference plant in the United States. Learnova's founder holds a declared interest in the venture.

Why it matters to the corridor

Crop residue burned in north Indian fields each year is feedstock for a network of plants, not one. The same plant treats the plastics and tyres that have no other destination. Each plant creates jobs upstream in collection, midstream in operation and downstream in distribution and supply.

Who it is for

State industrial development bodies; sugar, paper and agro-processing groups with feedstock and offtake; municipal waste concession holders; infrastructure investors.

What Learnova delivers

  • The Indian structure: site, contracted feedstock, offtake, incentives and the capital stack.
  • The human capability layer: operator training in the languages people speak, remote monitoring with the manufacturer, and a live operational model of the plant.
  • The state and institutional relationships that carry a pilot to a network.

Evidence and validation

  • Validation reports and reference-plant documents are shared under NDA.
  • Manufacturer production guarantees and a 25-year operational-life guarantee specified in the supply agreement.
  • Carbon credits issued under a recognised standard; the standard is named in the project documents.

How to engage

An introduction to a state industrial body or a feedstock and offtake group. First meeting: a site shortlist, a feedstock agreement in principle, and a single point of contact for approvals. Nothing on process parameters or pre-treatment chemistry is published.

Let's build capability you keep

Build it. Govern it. Keep it.

Whether you are a government, an enterprise or an institution, the conversation starts the same way: what capability do you want to be running, and keeping, five years from now?
